1. Organization Development
Build MADA membership from Montana’s aerospace and advanced energy technology community.
2. Research and Development
Assist Montana’s aerospace and advanced energy technology communities with all phases of development, including identifying funding and partnering opportunities.
3. Information Exchange
Develop, maintain and update MADA’s website and central database for aerospace and advanced energy technology information. Acquire funding database resources to assist Montana companies. Provide seminars, mentoring, and training to help Montanans access and locate aerospace and advanced energy technology-related opportunities to compete at the national level.
4. Commercialization and Privatization
Assist current aerospace and advanced energy technology research and development and manufacturing entities with commercializing their technologies and products. Identify aerospace and advanced energy technology-related infrastructure needs and organize efforts to address those needs. MADA strives to support the business development needs of Montana’s entire aerospace and advanced energy technology community.
5. Public Outreach
Share the excitement of aerospace and advanced energy technology discoveries with the public, and encourage Montana’s young citizens to consider careers in aerospace and advanced energy technology.
6. Opportunity Creation
Identify employment opportunities for Montana University system graduates and alumni.
7. Building Business
Support the building of aerospace and advanced energy technology-related business, including the recruitment of aerospace and advanced energy technology companies to Montana. Work with federal, state, and local government policy-makers to address issues affecting business development.
8. Workforce Development
Work with both the private sector and the Montana University system to support the development of aerospace and advanced energy technology-related educational and training programs.
